Putting
Putting is crucial for success in golf. Great drives and approach shots can be wasted by poor performances on the green.
“If I could only putt, I might just scare somebody, maybe me.” -Jack Nicklaus
“Put me on a putting green in Miami for a week and I’ll kill more people than the Fountainbleu.” -George Low
By becoming a successful putter, you can shave strokes from your score. The easiest way to do this is to practice on an outdoor putting green so you can work on putting in your backyard. Also, to help your short game a realistic pitching mat could allow you to work on your approach shots and putting all in the backyard.
